Data Deletion Instructions

We respect your privacy and comply with Facebook Platform Policies regarding data deletion. Follow the steps below to request the removal of your data.

 

 
How to Request Data Deletion

If you wish to delete your data from mikd.at, you can do so through the following methods:

 

Option 1: Via Facebook Account Settings

You can remove the mikd.at app directly from your Facebook settings. This will disable the connection. To completely remove stored data from our servers, please proceed to Option 2.

1. Go to Facebook Settings > Apps and Websites.
2. Find "Mikd" in the list.
3. Click "Remove".

 

Option 2: Direct Request

You can send a data deletion request directly to us via email. Please include the subject line "Data Deletion Request".

 

What Happens Next?

Upon receiving your deletion request (either via Facebook or email), we will:

  1. Verify your identity associated with the account.
  2. Delete all personally identifiable information (PII) from our database.
  3. Remove all Access Tokens and permissions associated with your social media accounts.

Please allow up to 48 hours for the deletion process to be completed.
